From 21st to 23rd December 2012 a course “Lean Six Sigma“ was held for the Board and managers of Tromont, the goal of which was improvement of managerial skills in the field of quality management. The course was practical and it simulated real problems in the production process and organization and the “Lean Six Sigma” philosophy will be continued and implemented further into the everyday business in Tromont. The course was organized by the Center of consultants and led by Olga Trofymova Ph.D. from Ukraine. 25 Tromont employees were present.
