Completed works on the Reconstruction of the student dormitory Bruno Bušić, Spinutska 37 in Split. The reconstruction of the dormitory included the reconstruction of the existing four floors of the building and the upgrade of one floor, the upgrade of open evacuation stairs on the east and west sides of the building, the addition of balconies on the south side, and modernly equipped laundry, canteen and multifunctional conference hall. The new dormitory now has 174 modern student rooms with balconies, functional common areas on each floor and renovated sports fields next to the dormitory.
Within the project, TROMONT performed all works, including construction and craft works, electrical installations of high current, low current and lightning protection, water supply and sewerage works, mechanical installations as well as works and equipment of elevators, laundry and kitchen.
