As part of the 86th anniversary celebration of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture (FESB) in Split, the first Career Speed Dating was held, where we had the opportunity to present everything that might be of interest to the students.
During the event, the representatives of our company took the opportunity to point out that Tromont is always open to hiring young and proactive people, so participating in this event was also useful and interesting for us. These types of events give young people the opportunity to learn the most important information about us and our businesses without the stress that often characterizes formal job interviews. At the same time, we also get a better idea of their expectations.
Career speed dating is a great opportunity to get an internship or find a job. It certainly also helps to improve your interview skills for a new job.
