Tromont successfully delivered the comprehensive modernization of the FSB university building in Zagreb, transforming nearly 12,000 m² of academic space into a safer, more sustainable, and energy-efficient environment.
The project combined seismic upgrades with a complete renewal of the building envelope and technical infrastructure. New mechanical, electrical, ventilation, and fire protection systems were installed alongside advanced energy solutions designed to improve long-term performance and occupant comfort.
Powered by high-capacity heat pumps and rooftop solar panels, the upgraded facility now meets the highest energy standards while providing a future-ready setting for education, research, and innovation.
