The redevelopment of the Tourism and Hospitality School in Split transformed the existing facility into a contemporary educational campus with a gross floor area of 7,858 m². The project delivered modern learning environments designed to support vocational training, practical education and professional development within the tourism and hospitality sector.
The scope of works included the reconstruction of existing facilities, the construction of new accommodation and teaching spaces, and the installation of all major building systems, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing and fire protection infrastructure. External works and landscaping were also completed as part of the project, ensuring the functionality, efficiency and long-term sustainability of the facility.
Upon completion, the development significantly enhanced the school's capacity and technical capabilities, reinforcing its role as a Regional Competence Centre and contributing to the advancement of educational infrastructure in Split and the wider region.
