The reconstruction and extension works of the Ružmarin kindergarten in Split were completed. The project included the reconstruction of the existing building and a structural new extension with 2,400 m2 of new space on four floors. In addition to the new premises for the nursery and kindergarten groups, a central kitchen was built and equipped and new administrative spaces were refurbished and equipped. The energy efficiency was increased by replacing the energy source for heating and cooling from electricity to gas.
TROMONT executed all project-related works, namely: construction and craftsmen works; water supply and wastewater disposal works; heating, cooling, ventilation, gas and electrical installation works; delivery and assembly of the elevator, kitchen equipment and laundry equipment.
