Situated in the quiet “Shell bay”, just 2 kilometres away from Marco Polo’s old town Korčula, and surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation and the Adriatic Sea, the resort consists of 5 pavilions, with a total of 170 hotel rooms, boutique hotel Melion, splendid villa and mansion Andreis, 3 restaurants, lounge bars and caffe bars. Additional hotel amenities include a rich Spa & Wellness zone with outdoor swimming pools and sports facilities.
Within the project, TROMONT d.o.o. executed all construction and craft works; landscaping works; electrical installation works including a 10(20kV)/0,4 substation service and lightning protection system; mechanical installation works including HVAC installations, LPG gas installation and solar collectors installation; and water supply and sanitation works.
